MOORBANK
This property was designed as a retirement dwelling and was constructed with significant attention to detail.
The materials required an expert building team to coordinate delivery and installation of specialist materials. Materials included granite plinth, quoins, window cills and surrounds. Natural stone was used in the main with elements of wet dash render to the rear. The roof was completed using Bangor Blue slate. The windows were installed as hardwood sliding sash.
This property featured on BBC House of the Year 2010.
