BALLYNORTHLAND MANOR

Ballynorthland Manor, formerly known as Manor Court Nursing Home has been successfully converted into private residential apartments and duplex accommodation.  The building is constructed in stone and forms an enclosed courtyard.  It is on an elevated site with fantastic views overlooking Dungannon Park and lake.

All works carried out on the Grade B1 listed building had to comply with conservation principles and heritage building products used for the restoration.  All works were carried out with approval of HED.

The works involved minimal alteration to exterior fabric and minimal alteration to the masonry support walls internally.  The layouts were designed in such a way that each apartment is unique dictated by the fabric of the existing building. 

Traditional features that were removed through the previous uses of the building have been reinstated to create high end residential accommodation in a unique location.
