Replacement dwelling set on an elevated site. Client brief was for a traditional Georgian house with hipped roof. This was approved by planning due to the existence of other historic houses in the locality.
The house is built with high quality finishes including Donegal Shale stone garage, ashlar jointing to plaster, granite detailing, painted hardwood sliding sash windows, wall paneling and period features.
Driveway and landscaping are respectful of the rural location. Estate railing and avenue trees filter views to the main road.
